We charge a flat delivery fee of ₦1,500 on every order, regardless of your location within Nigeria. This makes budgeting simple — no surprise charges based on where you live.
The delivery fee is added once per order, not per item. Order 1 item or 10 items — you still pay just ₦1,500.
Delivery times vary based on your distance from the seller. Nigeria is a large country, and we want to be honest about realistic timelines:

Business days are Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery time starts counting after your payment is confirmed and the seller ships the item.

If you're unavailable when the delivery agent arrives:
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the customer being unreachable for over 5 days, the order will be marked as returned to sender. A refund (minus delivery costs) may be issued in line with our Returns Policy.
