Commission & Payouts
NairaBuy.ng takes a 10% commission on every sale. This is deducted automatically — you receive 90% of the sale price directly into your bank account via Paystack.
- The buyer pays exactly what you listed — no extra charge
- Commission is calculated from your product price only (excluding delivery fees)
- Payouts are automatic and instant after each successful payment
- You need a valid Nigerian bank account to receive payouts
Product Listing Standards
- Use clear, high-quality photos (minimum 500×500 pixels)
- Write accurate titles and detailed descriptions
- Set fair, competitive prices
- Keep stock levels updated to avoid order cancellations
- Use the correct category for your product
Prohibited Items
- Counterfeit or replica goods
- Illegal drugs and weapons
- Stolen property
- Hazardous materials
- Prescription medications
- Adult content
- Live animals
- Any item that violates Nigerian law
Seller Code of Conduct
- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
- Ship orders within the stated processing time
- Provide accurate product descriptions and photos
- Honor the 7-day return policy
- Never engage in fraudulent practices
- Treat every customer with respect
- Maintain the quality of your products over time
Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate seller accounts that:
- Repeatedly receive negative reviews
- Fail to ship orders on time
- List prohibited items
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Attempt to bypass the platform's payment system
